Counting Set 1

There are resources for four different programmes of activities as follows:

• Counting 0 – 20 forwards and backwards
• Counting 0 – 100 (forwards only)
• Counting 100 – 0 (backwards only)
• Place Value (two digits)

Counting 0 – 20

For children learning to:

• Count to 20 forwards
• Count from 20 backwards
• Read numbers to 20
• Order numbers to 20
• Know one more and one less

Counting 0 – 100

For children learning to:

• Count to 100 forwards in 1s and 10s
• Read numbers to 100
• Order numbers to 100
• Know one more and ten more

Counting 100 – 0

For children learning to:

• Count from 100 backwards in 1s and 10s
• Order numbers to 100
• Know one less and ten less

Place Value

For children learning to:

• Give the value of any tens digit
• Partition (two digits)
• Combine 10s and 1s
• Add 10 or 1 to any 2-digit number
• Subtract 10 or 1 from any 2-digit number

Doubling Cards

For children learning about doubling and how it links to addition and multiplication. Also great for work on subitising.

Counting Set 2

For children learning about place value to 1,000,000 and who want to:

• Count in 20s, 25s, 50s
• Count in 100s, 1,000s. 10,000s and 100,000s
• Read and order numbers to 1,000, 000
• Add to 1,000,000

Fractions

For children learning to:

• Read and order fractions
• Add fractions with the same denominator
• Add fractions with different denominators to make a whole
• Spot equivalent fractions
